Understanding Attachment Styles
The first step to change is awareness. Understanding attachment is crucial for your emotional growth, providing clearer insights into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—as well as those of your partner. This awareness paves the way for meaningful change and healing.
Week 2
Discover Your Inner Parts
In this week, we explore the different “parts” within you - the voices, emotions, and protective strategies that show up in moments of anxiety or disconnection. You’ll learn how these parts developed to keep you safe and how to recognize them with curiosity instead of judgment. By understanding your inner landscape, you can begin to create space for compassion and choice, rather than staying stuck in automatic reactions. This week sets the foundation for a deeper sense of self-awareness and healing.
Week 3
Rewiring the Anxious Brain
Start healing your inner child and learn techniques to calm the nervous system and reduce anxious responses.
Week 4
Healthy Needs and Boundaries
You will learn to recognize healthy versus unhealthy needs and establish healthy boundaries.
Week 5
Improve Communication Skills
Good communication is a key element of healthy adult relationships. By learning to express yourself assertively and in a vulnerable way, you can strengthen your connection with your partner and reduce negative cycles of interaction.

Hi, I am Beatriz Lloret, a therapist with a strong background in attachment theory and couples therapy. I strive to bring a compassionate and thoughtful approach to supporting individuals on their personal growth journeys.
With over a decade of experience working with individuals and couples facing relationship challenges and attachment issues, I created a science based program to support the healing of anxious attachment. In this program I aim to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space, where participants support each other’s healing journey and feel safe to explore their emotions, develop new skills, and move toward healing. While this program offers valuable educational and therapeutic insights, it is not intended to replace psychotherapy.
